After 21 years serving as an Army Nurse Corps Officer, I settled in Roy, WA with my husband Dennis and stepson Kristofer. I have spent almost the last 10 years raising chickens, ducks, turkeys, and goats on our 5 acre homestead. Noticing the declining health of patients over the years working in healthcare, I decided to take a different approach on life and focus on providing nutritious locally grown food to our local community and share the health benefits naturally raised food can provide.
